Henry Turley Company is committed to bringing more people back downtown — and continuing to reclaim downtown as the heart of urban residential, commercial and social life.
Henry Turley Company manages residential, commercial and mixed-use properties in Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee. When it comes to managing our properties, we believe our interests and those of our tenants almost always align. And this belief accounts for the positive, productive relationships that we maintain with our tenants. In the long run, it’s an approach that’s been successful for us—and for our commercial and residential tenants.
The Henry Turley Company has played a central role in the revitalization of downtown Memphis. Since the 1970s, we’ve worked closely with our partners in the private and public sectors to repurpose vacant land and historic buildings in ways that foster a sense of place, encourage street life, and mesh with the character and fabric of the city. Today, our South Bluffs, Harbor Town and Uptown neighborhoods are thriving communities. Our residential properties range from urban lofts to renovated buildings in downtown’s core to new apartments in the burgeoning South End. And we continue to work to bring new options to Memphis — that enhance our city, build community and forge connections.
Henry Turley began his real estate career as a property manager, spent some time brokering investment properties and founded Henry Turley Company in 1977. Since then, he has invested a lot of time, thought, energy and money in urban development.
